It is important to know the flee rate and hit rate when fighting monsters. Revo Classic will have a different hit / flee table than the renewal and classic servers.

Since Philippine Ragnarok Online will start fresh most new players are expected to create Agi Type Characters... It is advised that you grind on monsters  where in your Hit Rate and Flee Rate will most likely reached the 100% / 95% rate. If you do this you can easily save zennies from not using so much potion.

Hit is the value needed to hit the monster 100%. Dexterity is the main stat that affects your hit rate.

Flee is the value needed to dodge a monster with a maximum chance of  95%. Agility is the main stat that affect the flee rate.
